  What if I am transitioning or the above does not describe me?

  If you have excessive heat damage or processed hair (even as a result of relaxer, keratin, color, or high-tension protective styles), please keep in mind that only so much can be done in one visit. Extreme damage often needs to be cut off over time so please be open minded with the results you are expecting.
