0ur main ask when it comes to wash only appointments is that you do not come in with extremely matted/webbed hair or immediately after a protective style or straightening.

Post-Protective Style

Please avoid coming in for a service immediately after a long-term protective style. Because we have no idea what products were used or what condition your hair is in, this significantly increases appointment time and complicates the service procedure. In addition, many clients find their scalps tender and sensitive which won’t allow us to wash your hair thoroughly or use certain treatments.

*We suggest washing your hair on your own at least once after taking down a long-term protective style and wait a week or two before booking an appointment with us.

Post-Blowout/Silk Press

It is always best that you know what kind of state your curls are in after a drastic style change before booking an appointment. For this reason, we do not recommend coming immediately after straightening your hair. This way, you can explain any changes you’ve seen in your hair before and after straightening and we can better assist you in curl recovery.
